 1.1 Purpose of Practicum Learning the differences in  a teaching culture abroad, especially Thailand, starting from the curriculum, student characteristics, learning methods and all activities at school Train the student teacher exchange teaching skills from making a lesson plan until the implementation in real teaching Improve skills in developing instructional strategies and assessments Improve communication skills with teachers and students, classroom management and time management 1.2 Procedure of Practicum  At The Demonstration School of Thepsatri Rajabhat University, the student teacher exchange program was conducted over three weeks. The activities included observation in the first week, teaching assistant duties in the second week, and teaching practicum in the third week.
